Wedding and Reception Package–$3995

If you and your partner would like to say your vows in our gardens and have your reception in our Event Center, this package is designed for up to 50 guests.  

You are permitted to bring in your own food, caterer and alcohol to our facility.

The Micro Wedding & Reception package is a four hour event starting between 3 and 5 pm and ending between 7 and 9 pm based on your start time.  If you would like more flexibility with your start and end time, you must rent  all overnight guest rooms for the evening of your Wedding & Reception.   When renting all overnight guest rooms your event can start as late as 7 pm and must be completed by 11 pm.

  • Table Linens/Chair Covers/Napkins (8 tables/50 napkins & White or Ivory Chair Covers)

  • Table Centerpiece–White lantern with LED Candle and greenery at each table

  • Off-street Parking for up to 45 cars, one house away, plus free on-street parking

  • Add your wedding color flowers to Indoor Decor--$100 for one color; $150 for two colors
  • Outdoor chair decor–romantic willow sash chair covers in White — $5.00 per chair
  • Outdoor chair decor–Add your flower color (1) to willow sash–$100 (plus the $5/$7 cost per chair)  If you want a second color, add another $100
  • Outdoor chair decor–romantic willow sash chair cover in your wedding color–$7.00 per chair
  • Indoor Chair Sashes —  Varies by style—Typically $5.00 each
  • Black Metal Wedding Sign Stands (2 available) — $25.00 each
  • Table Change–all 5 ft. Tables changed to 30″ round —  $150.00
  • Additional 4 ft Banquet Tables–$20.00 each

Depending on your plans, you may or may not have a need for the following items.  Each is priced individually based on choices you make and will be quoted by the individual vendor.  We can assist you with obtaining any of the following:

  • Cakes/Desserts
  • Photographer

 

*During holiday time frames (Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day Weekends)  “Peak demand fee” of $250.00 applies

**Pricing valid for packages booked  through 2024 (for events taking place in 2024 and 2025) but subject to change at any time.

***We are strictly an outdoor wedding venue (with an indoor reception facility) and offer outdoor weddings from May 1 through October 20.  The reception facility is your back up location during inclement weather.
