Facility Rentals

Celebrate your special occasion at the Weller Haus Bed, Breakfast & Event Center of Cincinnati! Our 1700 sq. foot Event Center is an intimate alternative to a restaurant or banquet room for any of your life-noteworthy events. Sharing the beautiful garden and patio areas with our unique indoor space creates an ideal setting for your rehearsal dinner, baby or bridal shower, birthday party, holiday gathering, or reunion. Included in our facility is a reception room for attendees to gather in one location, a kitchen/bar/serving area with a fireplace, and an upstairs lounge with comfortable seating for relaxation and conversation.

We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the reception area for a sit-down meal, cocktail or buffet reception. 

Facility rental for your four-hour event (you have additional time for set up/clean up)  includes our standard set-up of 5 ft. round banquet tables and up to 50 chairs. We do offer 30″ round tables (fees apply to switch out tables), as well as high-top cocktail tables, should you wish to alter the configuration. We offer Wi-Fi as well as HDTV’s in all three spaces of the Event Center at no additional charge. Free parking is available on-street in front of our property and you have  access to a private lot with up to 22 spaces included in the rental price. 

Should you need assistance in selecting vendors for your event, we will be happy to provide a list of our preferred partners, or you may use your own service providers or bring in your own food Weller Haus Bed, Breakfast & Event Center does not hold a liquor license which permits you to bring your beverages of choice.

Our standard pricing for reservations booked in 2025 as well as available options, is shown below. All prices are subject to  to 6% KY sales tax . All events must conclude and your guests must depart by 10 pm unless you have booked all five guest rooms at the Bed and Breakfast on the day of your event.  Pricing is for any day during the week and is subject to change but guaranteed once a contract has been signed.  Rates for rentals during holiday time frames and special events are higher and will be advised at the time of inquiry. 

Pricing A:  $595.00–Non-refundable, no date changes.  

Pricing B:  $750.00–One date change, rebook within 12 months of original date.                       Non-Refundable

  • Outdoor Bar — $150.00
  • Cleaning fee – $150.00 (fee does not apply if you clean up after your event)
  • Excessive Cleaning Fee —  $350.00
  • Table change – all 5 ft. tables changed to 30″ round – $175.00
  • Propane for fire tables – $25.00 per location–we have three
  • Chest cooler – $25.00 
  • Silver Beverage Buckets (up to 5) — $10.00 each
  • Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th/Weekend, and Labor Day weekend, November 15-January 3—add $200.00 peak demand fee per rental day.
