We are so excited to work with you as you plan your Wedding!  In order to insure that Weller Haus is able to meet all of your needs and have everything ready for your day, we need some information from you.

This questionnaire will insure that we place orders accurately and on a timely basis.  While we may have previously discussed some of the items, the questionnaire brings everything together for us in one place.

If you want your buffet table linens to match your dining tables exactly, choose from chart--enter color & number. There is a fee of $25.00 per tablecloth for these (4 tables). If you just want basic white, ivory or black at no additional charge, select "NO" on the question of "Do you want buffet linens to match table linens." You will then be given the option of choosing white, ivory or black.
These are white with greenery and white roses as standard. If you want color added to these lanterns, you will need to choose the selection of "Add color to my indoor decor package". This will add your color to the lanterns as well as the other floral inside. The indoor decor package is included if you booked after 4/1/21. Prior to 4/1/21 it is considered an addon. Your contract will have the accurate information for what is an add on and what is included.
What would you like engraved on your champagne flutes? Two lines of engraving per glass, 20 characters per line. Spaces count as characters. Each glass must be the same.
What would you like engraved on your cake server? 2 lines of text, 25 characters per line, spaces count as a character.
If you booked your wedding prior to 4/1/21, the fee for the coolers are $20.00 each and for the beverage buckets are $5.00 each.
Pavilion, Bridge and Entry Gate are decorated in greenery and white flowers. Please choose if you'd like to add your colors into the standard package and pricing will be shown based on your selection.
